On Tuesday 13th September the GCSE Home Economics class travelled to Hillstown Farm Shop. The purpose of the visit was to obtain information and viewpoints on the impact of ethical and environmental issues on food choice.
The trip proved to be very successful, as Mr Nigel Logan provided the students with considerable knowledge and insight into the benefits of buying local food produce.
