Cambridge House Grammar School has a visionary style of leadership with the Principal and Vice Principals (Pastoral/Community and Curriculum) confidently supported by a dynamic and forward thinking Senior Leadership Team who hold key strategic roles including: Promoting positive behaviour Key Stage 3, 4 and Post 16, Achievement, Examinations and Assessment, Estates, Resources and Finance: all of these roles include links to Year Groups, Houses and subject departments. The leadership and management structure of the school is visionary and aimed at building leadership capacity for the 21st century. We are a modern school with traditional values. Our value systems are underpinned by daily assemblies where pupils experience collective spiritual and moral guidance as well as being able to celebrate achievement with their teachers and their peers.
